In this session, we will explore Windows 7 core platform security improvements, protecting desktop users, and data protection.  You will come away with an understanding of how Windows 7:

• Provides the appropriate security controls to protect desktop users via Account Control, AppLocker, and Internet Explorer 8
• Extends BitLocker to help protect data stored on portable media with BitLocker To Go so that only authorized users can read the data even if the media is lost, stolen, or misused
